THE WORK CONSISTED OF: 1) Excavate to allow for new window enlargement size. 2) Concrete cut to enlarged new window size. 3) Supply and install new corrugated steel window well 4) Back fill for well. 5) Parging around window. 6) Interior wall finishing. The work was done in a very clean and professional manner.

We have a 110 year old house that had been having periodic water leaks thru the (stone) foundation into the basement, in some springtimes. We also feared that after 110 years one cannot really know what the state of a houses' foundation might be in but that it was probably in need of a reboot. To address our our water issues, and to be sure that the house could stand securely for another 100 years, we called Dave Jesse and the team to do footing, waterproofing, weeping tile & parging work all around our house. They did a great job. They were on time (ie they started on the date that they promised us), they were on budget, they worked through some very crappy weather and got it done within their pre-prescribed timeline. To sum it up in layman's terms: They are pros. These are the guys to call when you need your foundation dealt with.
