Determining the best course of action

Whether it’s an old floor that is due for replacement from decades of wear, or a heaved, cracked and/or sunken floor, we have the solution for you. Keep in mind that it is important to assess the old floor to determine the cause of its failure. For example, a heaved floor will fail again without frost protection measures. All floors should be cut as this allows the floor to crack where it’s less visible. The rule of thumb is cut every 10 ft.
